The push and pull of routine

Whenever you start something new, like an exercise regime, it is like a push. You have to schedule it, push yourself to get out of bed or to the gym and to workout. It’s often hard and you might want to quit. But if you stick with it and make it a habit, that new routine pulls you. You are drawn to workout. If you miss your workout for some reason, you miss it.
What new routine could you establish that if you do it regularly will make the biggest difference in your personal or professional life?
How can you set yourself up for success and push through the initial urges to quit?
