Easy Pumpkin Spice Cookies

These are the easiest cookies ever. Just two ingredients (3 if you want chocolate chips). My mom introduced me to this recipe several years ago, and it has been a Fall favorite since.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 15 oz. can 100 % purreed pumpkin
  • 1/2 - 1 cup chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together pumpkin puree and cake mix until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips if desired.
  3. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Drop 12 cookies on cookie sheet about two inches apart.
  4. Bake 18 minutes.
