Slice bell peppers and dice onions.
Fry bacon in large frying pan. Cool on folded paper towels to soak up grease. When cool, crumble.
Save half the bacon grease.
In remaining bacon grease, fry sliced peppers and diced onion until tender. Sprinkle with salt and Montreal Steak seasoning.
While the onions and peppers are frying, heat the reserved bacon grease in medium frying pan. Scramble the six eggs in bacon grease, salt and pepper to taste.
Fry flour tortilla in medium buttered fry pan. Fry one side, then flip over and sprinkle half tortilla with 3 Tablespoons cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup onions and peppers, 1 slice crumbled bacon.
Add scrambled eggs. Fold tortilla in half. Serve with salsa.
