Whole wheat kernels blended in the blender make these cracked wheat pancakes scrumptious.
In blender, blend water, wheat kernels, and dry milk on high for 3 minutes. Add egg, butter, sugar, and salt. Blend for 20 seconds. Add baking powder. Pulse 3 times, just enough to mix. Mixture should bubble up making the batter very light.
Cook immediately on a buttered nonstick griddle
Serve while hot with butter, maple syrup or fruit jam.
